| Comments | Match Report Report from the Daily Record. Albion Rovers 3 Ross County 3 Rovers manager Billy McLaren hasn't given up hope of promotion after a thrilling draw. Leaders Ross County looked on course for full points when they led 3-1 through goals by Steve Ferguson, Gary Wood and John McStay (og). But McStay made up for his mistake by heading the equaliser from a cross by sub Gary Sturrock, who had replaced two-goal Euan Donaldson. McLaren, whose side lie six points behind second placed Stenhousemuir, said: "A point was not so bad and we've nearly the same number of points to play for as we have now. "Going into March we are still in touching distance of the leaders so we're in with a chance." County boss Neale Cooper admitted his men weren't up for the game. He said: "We haven't played for a couple of weeks now and they looked rusty." |
