| Comments | Match Report Report from the Daily Record. Cowdenbeath 0 Ross County 1 Neale Cooper roasted his Ross County players after last week's flop to Queen's Park--but he changed from a gurner to a grinner on Saturday. After a 1-0 victory at Cowdenbeath, Cooper beamed: "That was the positive reaction I was looking for after last week. "It's always hard to come here and get a result but the players' attitude was great. We battled hard in a scrappy game." County snatched the points with a 74th minute shot from Cowdenbeath old boy Gary Wood. Cowdenbeath have yet to score a goal this term. But gaffer Sammy Conn said: "Our work-rate and attitude are faultless. We just need a goal to spark us off. The chances are there." |
