| Comments | Match Report Report by Graeme Kirkwood for the Daily Record. Queen's Park 0 Ross County 4 County made sure their promotion dogfight with Arbroath will go down to the wire. And under-fire County gaffer Neale Cooper pledged he won't be hounded out of the hot seat whether or not the club makes the step-up. Coop said: "I won't quit the job. We work our socks off here and we've got a good spirit. "There's pressure on all the time, but we can't do any more. We've just got to push forward against East Stirling next week." County took the lead when Steven Ferguson scored from the spot after Dave Ross was pushed in the box. Ross added the second and Martin Hardie thumped Ferguson's cross behind his own keeper for the third before livewire Ferguson netted his second on the final whistle. Queen's coach Graeme Elder said: "I don't think 4-0 was a fair reflection on the game." |
