| Comments | Match Report Report from the Daily Record Cowdenbeath 2 Ross County 0 Two brilliant free-kicks from veteran Sammy Conn gave the Fifers their third win in a row. And Beath boss Tom Steven relished the victory over second top County. He Beamed: "It was especially sweet to beat County as last season we didn't even score a goal against them in losing four times. "If we keep up this level of performance I'm sure we can remain very much part of the promotion race." Conn's first strike in the 61st minute was from 35 yards out and his second was a 25-yarder three minutes from time. County manager Bobby Wilson moaned: "To lose goals at set pieces like that is, in my opinion, not professional." |
