| Comments | Match Report Report by Mike Tremlett for the Press & Journal. Ross County 0 Arbroath 0 Ross County showed clear signs of a Scottish Cup hangover at Victoria Park last night when they shared the spoils with Arbroath in a game which never hit the heights. Chances were few and far between as neither side got out of second gear and too many passes went astray. Neither manager will be happy with a point which left County in third place, but moved the Angus club up to fourth after a game which both could have done with winning to boost their promotion hopes. Perhaps the most telling moment was a brilliant save from Arbroath keeper Craig Hinchcliffe seven minutes from time, when he got down brilliantly to grab a powerful downward header from Johnston Bellshaw. |
