Ross County 1 East Stirlingshire 3
County boss Bobby Wilson was fuming after lowly East Stirling gave his side a lesson in finishing.
He fired: "I felt like there were 11 of my players not there in the first half.
"You couldn't print what I said to them at half-time."
A double from Martin McBride gave Shire an easy first lead.
Wilson's half-time roasting brought some improvement for County but they couldn't stop Peter Dwyer heading Shire's third.
Want-away striker Brian Grant had a goal chalked off for the Dingwall men and blazed another attempt over before he sprinted from the half-way line and fired home.
