| Comments | Match Report Report from the BBC. Ross County 1 Ayr United 1 Scottish First Division leaders Ross County were held at home by Ayr United. The Highlanders opened the scoring on seven minutes, Grant Munro converting from Scott Boyd's headed pass. Both goalkeepers made impressive saves with Ayr's Mark Roberts denied by Michael Fraser and Kevin Cuthbert saving from County's Michael Gardyne. Liam Tomsett unleashed an unstoppable 30-yard piledriver past Fraser to level 11 minutes from time. The visitors were reduced to 10 men when Jonathan Tiffoney was sent off for serious foul play but County could not capitalise on their one-man advantage. |
