| Comments | Match Report Report from the BBC. Forfar Athletic 0 Ross County 2 Paul Lawson scored both goals as Ross County advanced to the semi-finals of the Alba Challenge Cup. The visitors took the lead after 10 minutes when midfielder Lawson broke free on the wing and lobbed a great shot into the net from 30 yards. Martin Scott and Michael Bolocheweckyj were both sent off as the game grew increasingly bad tempered. At 10 v 10 both side pushed forward but it was Lawson who doubled his tally with another fine strike from distance. |
