Andy Dowie rose above the Airdrie defence to head home a Derek Adams corner in the 14th minute after the Diamonds had set the early pace. Michael Gardyne doubled the lead 11 minutes from the break tucking the ball into the corner of the net. The Diamonds did pull one back after 58 minutes when Paul Lovering drilled the ball home but County held on. |
