Albion Rovers 3 Ross County 4 Dejected Jimmy Crease demanded the gag be taken Off referees after his side's controversial defeat. A disputed Billy Ferries free-kick three minutes from time won the thriller and County also scored from two penalties. Crease said: "We feel hard done by over some decisions. "When you ask a referee for an explanation he should be allowed to give one." Rovers reckon Ferries took the free kick before Douglas Smith blew his whistle. County's other goals came from Brian Grant and Colin Milne's two penalties, while Joe McBride (2) and Gordon Young netted for Rovers. |
