Inverurie Loco Works 4 Ross County 2
Inverurie Locos Produced a very accomplished display to overpower a ypung Ross County sige at Harlaw Park last night.
The Home side went in front inside five minutes when Neil McLean accelerated to the byline and squared to Kenny Coull, who netted from close range.
Seven Minutes later, Coull latched om to a through ball and slipped the ball under County goalkeeper Stuart Garden.
Locos kept up the tempo and made it 3-0 just after the break with a spot kick.A long run by McLean ended in him being brought down in the box by Chris Townsley, and McLean hammered home the penalty.
County reduced the leeway in the 57th minute when Connor Gethins lobbed over substitute keeper Stewart Gray's head.
Locos restored their three-goal advantage within a minute when Coull completed his hat-trick with a header.
Midway through the half, the referee gave handball in the box against McLean and Shaun Kerr converted the penalty to complete the scoring.
