| Comments | Match Report Report From the BBC. Airdrie United 0 Ross County 2 Ross County avenged their ALBA Challenge Cup final defeat last week by taking all three league points. Simon Lynch hit the crossbar early on and Sean Higgins had a 20-yard effort gathered by Airdrie keeper Stephen Robertson at the second attempt. Higgins broke the deadlock with a powerful drive into the top corner after being set up by Richard Brittain. On the hour, Brittain drilled a low shot from 25 yards into the net through a ruck of players to seal the victory. |
