Fraserburgh 0 Ross v County 1 Little did anyone expect that County would return with a point from Fraserburgh on Saturday in their third Highland League fixture, but they did in a hard fought 1-1 draw. The Broch made a perfect start, when McCafferty opened the score in the third minute following a move by Michie and Robertson. In the 63rd minute, County equalised when the home defence failed to clear a cross from James Mackay, and Gordon Connolly stepped in to steer the ball into the net from 14 yards. |
