| Match Report | Report from the Ross-shire Journal. Cove Rangers 1 Ross County 0 Ross County gave their youngsters a chance and several showed potential, as they did on Saturday, when the club journeyed into Aberdeenshire for their tussle with Cove. County held their opponents in a goal-less first half, but the deciding counter came in the 68th minute, when Duncan headed home a cross at the near post. Cove attacked continuously, forcing many superlative saves. As a treat for their efforts over the past season, the players spent the weekend in the Granite City, returning the next day. |
