Match Report	Report from the Ross-shire Journal. Ross County 3 Buckie Thistle 3 Ross County still head the Highland League table, undefeated in their four games played, but on Saturday they had to concede 1 point to Buckie, at Dingwall, and there are few if any of their supporters who would say they deserved to win; in fact, the end of the game with the score at three all was a big relief to many of the County faithful. County were leading at half time by two goals to one. Their first goal was Ogilvie's, which was made easy for him by a through pass from Thain. Buckie equalised, and this livened up the game, and gave many anxious moments to the County supporters, who were not enthralled by the new defence, although Ross, in goal, was proving himself no mean exponent of the game and instilled confidence with his sound handling of the ball and his equally unflurried temperament. Just on half-time, Thain again let the centre away, and Ogilvie's scoring header was superb. The second half was anybody's game until Ogilvie cleverly snatched a third goal—and his own hat-trick. It looked then as if County had the game won, but Buckie were not lying down. Hendry reduced the leeway, and a beautiful foul kick by Johnstone, just outside the penalty area, made the score level pegging. One was sorry for Ross here, as he never had a chance owing to his defence blinding him; it was only in the split part of a second he saw the ball and was agile enough to get at it, but it was too strong for him to successfully clear. Thrills were numerous in the closing minutes, but both defences held. Buckie are a clever, fast-moving, clean-playing team. In Moulton, goalkeeper, they have a find. County also were well served in goal by Ross, as already stated. The new back, Sinclair, did not hit it off and upset the rest of the defence. The County still need 'inspiration' in the defence. Forward, there was too little use made of the wings. Ogilvie was a real live-wire, and his goals were splendidly taken; Ferguson gave him good support, as did Thain. To-morrow (Saturday), Ross County go to Lossiemouth, under League auspices.
