| Match Report | Report from the Ross-shire Journal. Page Number: 6 Keith 0 Ross County 5 The return of Patience and Urquhart and the introduction of McMahon at centre, wade a wonderful improvement in the play of the County team, and they thoroughly deserved their decisive win. Five clear goals of a lead did not exaggerate their superiority. The home defence never seemed to be able to get the measure of the County attack. The best man on the field was Hilton (Keith), whose work on the left wing was outstanding. M’Beth opened the County’s account, and befere the cross-over, M’Mahon added two more. Keith played a little better in the second half, but were still underdogs. M’Beth added a fourth goal, and M'Mahon took the total to five. |
