Brora's McDougall set up the first chance but Hutchison blocked with his legs in 10 minutes, A Somerville cross missed everyone and Ross got the ball away.
County missed a great chance when keeper Suttar couldn't hold a Ferries header and no one reacted to the loose ball.
David Ross was fouled in 24 minutes and from Farquhar's free kick BREMNER headed in to give Brora the lead.
They went 2-0 up against the run of play with a great move when Bremner and David Ross set up the ball at the far post and McDOUGALL's header just crossed the line in 36 minutes.
Suttar touched over an Andy McLeod volley and then held a Duff shot as County laid siege.
County got back in the game when CONNELLY fastened on in the box and his quick turn and shot was a winner all the way in 59 minutes. Somerville cleared a Begg header off the line in 65 minutes.
Connelly and Somerville (Ross) and Brora's McDougall were booked.
