| Comments | Match Report Report from the BBC. Airdrie United 1 Ross County 0 Stephen McKenna scored the only goal as Airdrie United moved to within four points of safety. County's Andy Dowie headed against the crossbar and the visitors where denied what looked like a penalty for handball in the ensuing melee. On 65 minutes a Paul Di Giacomo cross was headed back by Darren Smith and McKenna drilled home a powerful shot. The victory means ninth-place Airdrie are now four points behind County and four ahead of bottom club Clyde. |
