Clyde goalkeeper Bryn Halliwell stood between Ross County and a place in the quarter-finals of the Scottish Cup with a breath-taking display in a goalless draw at Victoria Park.
Halliwell pulled off a string of super saves throughout the tie to earn his side another chance in the replay.
Ross County manger Alex Smith said: "It was a very tough, uncompromising cup tie. The teams were evenly matched although I felt we created the better chances.
"Coming into the last 20 minutes it was end to end stuff. They were as capable of scoring the winner as we were and it became very dangerous. But we live to fight another day."
County started well and Don Cowie tested Halliwell with a low shot after David Winters set up the opportunity.
Then John Rankin sent in a long-range effort the Clyde goalkeeper did well to smother.
Clyde hit back and John Potter was not far away with a shot from the edge of the 18-yard box.
The Bully Wee were having a good spell midway through the half and Colin Stewart had to be at his acrobatic best to turn an Eddie Malone drive round the post for a corner.
Malone was only a foot away from getting a touch on an Alex Burns cross right in front of goal, and at the other end Jim Lauchlan contrived to clip the top of the crossbar from just five yards out.
Clyde dominated the early stages in the second half and Gary Arbuckle forces a double save from Stewart.
But it was Halliwell to the rescue again when he pulled off a marvellous one-handed save from a Winters back header.
County had to survive a scary moment late on when Lauchlan was yellow-carded for a tackle on the edge of the box, but Gary Bollan drove the ball from the free kick into the County wall.
County manager Billy Reid said: "It was a good performance to grind out a result. this is always a difficult place to come and County are one of the better footballing sides.
"The bottom line is we are in the draw on Monday."
