| Comments | Match Report Report from the Press & Journal. Ross County 0 Dunfermline Athletic 4 Dunfermline, after their 3-1 weekend win over Caley Thistle, continued their Highland Fling by coasting to a 4-0 victory against Ross County in Dingwall. County started with a flurry, but the gap between Premier and Third Division football became evident as Dunfermline took command with a two-goal burst within six minutes. County's long-range efforts never troubled Pars keeper Zoran Lematic and in 25 minutes the visitors went ahead when David Bingham made sure after County keeper Kevin Morgan had palmed out a Miller effort. IN 31 minutes Stewart Petrie put Dunfermline two up from the penalty spot after Colin miller was brought down in the area. The pars continued to dictate after the break and, although substitutes Richard Hart and Andy McLeod came close, Bingham raced away to make it 3-0. With five minutes left substitute Hamish French ran through on his own to complete the score. |
